Change a Child’s Story™

CASA of Shawnee County supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. We believe that every child should be given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving home.

What is CASA

CASA of Shawnee County is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization that advocates for the best interest of abused and neglected youth in the court system, promoting greater outcomes and the opportunity to thrive.

Since January, there have been 262 Child In Need of Care cases filed in Shawnee County. Help us serve these children by volunteering today. With your help we can make a difference in the life of a child.

Homes for the Holidays

Don’t miss out on our signature event – a holiday homes tour – held annually the weekend before Thanksgiving. All of the money raised goes directly to support CASA of Shawnee County’s mission. This year’s tour is November 18-19, 2023.

Active Volunteers

I donate to CASA because every child has the right to be treated with dignity, to be safe, and to thrive in a loving family. Can you please give a child a future?
